’m delighted that summer is finally upon us and I can safely say that the team and I are really looking forward to all the fun
we shall have with our amazing summer events. Please look at your calendar and do come and get involved!
I hope you will join me in welcoming new
owners to our family here at Malvern. I am sure you will make them feel at home and they will settle in quickly. If

I hope you are enjoying our 2016 events calendar which showcases the range of events we have got happening. With everything from old- fashioned family sports day to our charity events, supporting ‘Walking With The Wounded, we are sure there’ll be something that you can enjoy.
If you would like any further information about the events on park you’ll find me in the Information Suite.
Aswell as collating all the news for the magazine, my main role, as Customer Care Manager, is to ensure your experience on-park is the best it can be. If we are yet to meet, please come and introduce yourself, I am often around the park or in the Information Suite, you can find a photo of me on page 3 with all the other contributors of the magazine.

some brilliant news about the Manor House, Restaurant and Bar; the funding and project dates have been agreed. And even better news, you the owners get the deciding say on exactly how it will trade which just confirms our commitment to listening to you. Please look out for more details! I am looking forward to an occasional beer at the end of the day. You all should of received an invite to join us at our charity fundraising celebration. Participants, both owners and guests, will be able to join in so please tell your friends all about it. There is more information about the charity challenge on page 6! We are also offering you the opportunity to win a hot air balloon ride for two, taking off right here at Malvern on Friday 5th August at 6am. This will be an unbelievable scenic experience, floating gently over the Malvern Hills. We will be offering you the opportunity to enter this raffle shortly. Please have a go, all funds received go entirely to Walking With The Wounded, our 2016 Park Leisure Charity. I’m thrilled that so many are enjoying The
Wine Club which is now up and running and proving very popular. The feedback we have had so far is that it is great value, with quality wines, and a great social group to be part of. If you would like any further information about The Wine Club, please come and see Sally at reception.
