MULTI-MILLION POUND WIND FARM FOR THE CO-OPERATIVE GROUP


Bristol based national law firm TLT has advised The Co-operative Group in relation to its 20MW ten wind turbine project at Biggleswade Bedfordshire which is to be financed by the provision of a multi-million pound loan facility from The Co-operative Bank.


the law firm advised on the debt financing, real estate, construction, and power purchase arrangements of the wind farm, which will power 18,000 homes and save approximately 36,800 tonnes of Co2 per year.
