both grew up in a residential home for elderly people, which has given them a truly unique insight into how high-quality care should be delivered. Hannah is also a qualifi ed GP having trained at Birmingham Medical School and worked in many GP practices around the country. Alex is a qualifi ed fi nancial adviser and social entrepreneur. In 2008 they both decided to join the family business and establish the Radfi eld brand in the
homecare sector. Working alongside Hannah and Alex is Jess Jenkinson, who is highly experienced in care sector governance to ensure that Radfi eld’s franchisees have the most up-to- date policies and processes to allow their businesses to grow and fl ourish. Radfi eld also has a highly experienced marketing team. Trudie Meredith works closely with the franchisees to support their marketing activities, and digital marketer Phil MacKechnie, who has worked with MoneySuperMarket and many other leading brands, brings his expertise to all things website-, SEO- and social media- related.
