f you are highly organised with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, then a management franchise could be right for you.

What drew you to franchising? I looked at it 15 or 20 years ago, but my circumstances changed so I could do my own thing. Franchising provides that level


What support do franchisees receive? There are quarterly franchise meetings, which provide me with a lot of help. There’s also quarterly franchise meetings, where you can meet other franchisees who have gone through – or are going through – what you are going for and will give advice. In what ways is your HomeXperts business fl exible? It’s entirely fl exible; as things get busier I expect to have to change things, and work can become part of your everyday life. There are advantages and disadvantages – I might be sitting on the sofa in the comfort of my own home but I can still be working.


What sort of person do you think would suit a HomeXperts franchise? Anybody who would like to know they’ve got a lot of support behind them, want to achieve something useful in life, and want to know there’s a team of people working towards the same goal.


How has investing in your HomeXperts franchise changed your lifestyle? My ex-colleagues have commented on how I look far more relaxed and much happier.


What are your plans for the future? My main aim is to provide fi nancial security for my family; my franchise area off ers suffi cient scope to achieve this.
