SIGN News Atlantic get RICOH partner status

Atlantic Tech Services have been appointed to a RICOH Partner status for the sales, services and support of the RICOH Profes- sional Printer range. This includes the Pro 4100 latex wide format printer series; Pro C5100, C7100 and C9100 colour cutsheet production printers; and the com- plete multifunctional printers. Atlantic will offer all RICOH printers to their growing cus- tomer base together with the new fast drying, high performance AR Latex Inks, says the company. In tests, the inks have proved to increase the L4100 series print speeds by up to 30 per cent over its nearest competitor.

The L4100 series latex printers are avail- able in four colour and six colour versions.

This "offers many opportunities to improve both print speed and increased colour gamut over the current market leaders". The L4100 offers variable 14, 6 and 4 pico litre drop sizes (2,560 nozzles) so that less ink is used to reduce running costs.

Keith Pratt, Atlantic Managing Director, said: "This an exciting time as the RICOH range of printers will give us the opportunity to in- crease print speeds and improve our cus- tomers print quality. We are in the process of upgrading a number of our customers print options with the L4100 latex series printers to replace or run alongside their ex- isting Mimaki or Roland printers.

To further build on its success and meet the next phase of growth, i-Sub moved into new premises in November 2015. The move more than tripled its previous floor and warehouse space. Buying the new 10,000 sq. ft. facility was just the beginning of the

When the renovation is finished, current and potential i-Sub customers will be given the chance to see the new facility themselves at a series of open days.

i-Sub Managing Director, Andy Spreag, said: "After more than 15 years dealing with us, customers have come to expect certain standards from i-Sub and we wouldn't want to disappoint them.

i-Sub's expanded new premises in Kettering will help the company meet its planned growth strategy.

"We get visitors coming to us every day to see demonstrations of our printers and gain insight from our expert team. We offer everything that a wide format print specialist could possibly require, such as Agfa, Mimaki, EFI Reggiani, Epson and Dgen printers. And finishing equipment from Zünd, Summa, Monti Antonio and Vivid. We also offer a full range of inks for all of the printers we supply, as well as a consumables range from Metamark, Soyang, Coldenhove and ourselves."
