PRODUCT News New M Series digital print media from Grafityp
Grafityp UK Ltd supplies a vast range of printable media for every type of application, the majority of which is produced by Grafi- typ Self-adhesive Products in Belgium.
The newest film in the line up is Grafiprint M Series. This monomeric range of low cost, high quality printable vinyls is suited to apply on to flat surfaces. It offers 10 films with var- ious features that each come with acrylic adhesive in 50 metre rolls lengths and three widths: 762, 1370 and 1525mm.
The collection is made up of products such as the M010 clear gloss 80 microns; M011 clear matt 80 microns; M112 white gloss 100 microns; M112R white gloss 100 mi- crons removable adhesive; M114R white gloss 100 microns grey removable adhe- sive; and M116 white matt 100 microns grey adhesive. Grey adhesive films provide in- creased opacity and avoid show through.
To complement these films there are also two new M Series over laminates, as well as a number in the existing range. M101 clear gloss and M011 clear matt are 80 mi- crons thick with pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive, and offer up to three-years out- door durability.

Pre-launch of new Oki printer
OKI Europe Ltd is set to preview its new E- 64s ColorPainter solution at five events this autumn, as it gets ready for the official launch of the wide format printer in Decem- ber 2016.
The ColorPainter E-64s is the latest addition to the ColorPainter family that includes the M-64s and its "big brother", the H3-104s.
The E-64s provides premium performance and offers a high-level of precision and ease-of-use; as well as supports entry-level, environmentally friendly printing, says the company.
Using OKI’s high-pigment ECO solvent SX ink, the new device supports the optimum level of colour at all print speeds for both in-
door and outdoor applications. The ability to handle a wide range of media makes the E- 64s the "ideal" choice for high-quality print- ing. The ColorPainter E-64s achieves "impressive" results whether it is printing on back-/front-lit, technical textile, wallpaper, canvas, hard PVC, banner, vinyl or any kind of paper.
Technologies associated with the M-series including Smart Pass 4; Smart Nozzle Map- ping 3; and Dynamic Dot Printing. H3-series technologies like the Safe Scanning Sys- tem, are integrated in this printer. In the case of printing indoors, where electro static materials are often used, an optional ionizer supports print output. The ColorPainter E-64s was recently pre- viewed at Viscom Paris and FESPA Africa together with OKI’s digital LED Pro Series range of white toner printers and neon colour printers.
Oki's ColorPainter E-64s will be launched in December 2016.
