The Tower Conference Center, highlighted by its ocean and city views, is well suited to groups of up to 100 people.
In addition, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Entertainment Complex boasts both the Margaritaville Café and the LandShark Bar and Grill, which are each capable of accommodating up to 500 guests for pri- vate events, and LandShark is the only beach bar venue that is open year round.

Resorts’addition attract people toAtlantic City - and to Tropicana, too,” he notes. “When the TEAMS Conference and Expo brings 1,400 attendees to the conference center next year, everyone benefits. It’s the world’s largest gathering of sports-event organizers;when they see all that the city has to offer, they will want to come back for future events of their own.”
Tropicana recently put $50 million into the renovation of its North Tower hotel rooms and casino floor, which now boasts new slot and game tables. In addition, Tropicana also added a state-of-the-art two-story AtlantiCare LifeCenter Fitness and 10 North, which is a casino adjacent lounge complete with double-sided fire- place and bar slots. Several exciting new retailers also can be found here.
The North Tower’s sophisticated modern- ization blends stylish aesthetics with func- tionality. Every inch of the tower's 434 guest rooms are comfortably luxurious. Lighting provides elegance throughout the casino’s open floor plan, making navi- gation easier. The dual-level fitness center offers guests cutting edge cardio and weight training equipment, health and wellness classes and group programs.

An exciting addition to Tropicana is its free multimedia light and sound show that crosses the boardwalk with a vibrant display of imagery and special effects. Atlantic City visitors will be dazzled by the display from as far away as Arkansas Avenue in one direction toVentnor in the other. Daily shows begin at dusk.
Another new addition to the Atlantic City landscape is Borgata Festival Park,an out- door entertainment venue that features a 4,000-person capacity concert space adja- cent to The Borgata hotel and casino.
Also, the former Atlantic Club Casino has plans that have been approved for con- version into a family focused entertain- ment complex that will boast an 81,000- square foot water park to go along with approximately 800 hotel rooms.
In addition, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority has approved a plan that will allow Golden Nugget Atlantic City to convert an unused restau- rant into two 2,400-square foot villas offer- ing spectacular views of the marina dis- trict.
