Revolutionary Meetings
The Nassau Inn in Princeton, NJ is one historic venue that plays host tomeetings and events of all types. Built in 1756 by Judge Thomas Leonard (and strategically planned with a view of the col- lege he helped to bring to Princeton), in its early days the Nassau Inn was known as “College Inn.”
Lori Rabon, general manager of Nassau Inn,notes that the property lies in the heart of downtown Princeton,which allows visitors to enjoy the beau- tiful surroundings of the town while taking in the rich history of both the inn and the community.
“Nassau Inn is home to the largest Norman Rockwell mural,Yankee Doodle,which depicts the 18th century downtown scene, a time when Princeton was home to the Continental Congress and central to the Revolutionary War. Princeton also offers a glimpse into the past through archi- tecture, culture, historic landmarks, ghost tours, battlefield reenactments and more,” adds Rabon.
The Nassau Inn is home to 13 meeting and ban- quet rooms that blend historic charm and charac- ter with modern technology and natural light.
