The main inn at Saybrook Point is home to 82 sleeping accommodations, while across the street at the inn’s guest house (Three Stories), there are additional eight sleeping rooms
available.Six more rooms will soon be added in a second guest house located right next door to Three Stories..Well appointed villas with two bedrooms also are available.

The Full One Bedroom Suite is the inn’s highest price point room and stands at 790-square feet. It is the only room type on property where the sleeping area is completely separate from the living and dining areas to allow for more privacy. These rooms boast a wood burning fire- place and a balcony.
Finally, Saybrook Point Inn offers its Lighthouse Suite, which is situated on the main dock. Boasting unobstructed views in all directions, it houses a living room, dining area and kitchenette in 900-square feet and is available season- ally for rental beginning May 1st up until October 31st due to ice concerns.

There are plenty of outdoor spaces sur- rounding the inn and by the marina that are perfect for dining,drinks by themari- na bar and fire pit,receptions andmore. The marina area, popular during the summer,also offers a lot of ambience in the off-season when many of the boats clear out to unveil amazing views of the water. Guests can sit outside by the fire bar while wearing shawls provided by the hotel.
An outdoor space/courtyard area can be used for cocktails or
dinner.Another outdoor space is perfect for weddings and receptions, and the property has an outdoor saltwater heated swimming pool,an indoor pool and a hot tub.
Three Stories, the inn’s guest house, is its newest addition,combining rustic touch- es with modern amenities. With only eight rooms, it has a bed-and-breakfast feel,but without an innkeeper and offer- ing a bit more privacy.
“A lot of money has been spent on mak- ing our property 'green.'We havemotion detectors so that lights and air can be controlled to go out when no one is in the rooms. The property repurposes water...We also have a significant recy- cling effort, and we are a self-sustaining property with our own generator,” notes Candace Dyer Engdall, Saybrook Point Inn and Spa’s director of marketing.
