So when Jenni and Andrew Thomas opened the doors of their idyllic 300-acre working farm, Castle Pren, in glorious rural mid-Wales to holidaymakers the first thing on their shopping list was two Caldera Vacanza hot tubs.

The lodges are based in an area of outstanding natural beauty so it is a perfect setting for them – great for walkers, pony trekkers and mountain bikers and a Caldera hot tub is the perfect way to sooth aching muscles after a long day of exercise.”


Jenni said: “In the two months that we have been open, the Caldera hot tubs have proved a wonderful business asset – the customers absolutely love them! The first thing they do on arrival is jump in! No matter what their ages or the weather (it can be pouring down and they are still in use), or time of day (yes, even midnight) they are in use! L.A. Spas UK Seminar A Resounding Success


Aqua Warehouse Group (AWG) held its first UK seminar for their recently acquired L.A. Spa brand at the Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire. The event was hosted by AWG Managing Director Richard Hart, Jim McClure, Director of Business Development for Maax Corporation the manufacturer of L.A. Spas, along with Sean Aldred UK representative for L.A. Spas. The seminar was the first for over six years for the brand and brought together all existing L.A. Spa dealers from across the UK, eager to find out the direction that the brand would be taking. “It was very important that we hit the ground running and get to know all the dealers and likewise for them to get to know us at Aqua Warehouse,” said Richard, adding: “It was also imperative that the L.A. dealer got to view the newly arrived product tangibly from the factory and understand the difference in our manufacturing processes.”

The full day Seminar started with an in-depth talk from Jim McClure on who Maax Corporation are and why they purchased L.A.Spas, as well as plans for improving and moving the brand forward. The rest of the day was spent covering a variety of important subjects from new product knowledge and a new on-line stocking system, to marketing ideas and pricing. All in all the day was a great success and the interaction from the dealers showed their passion for the L.A. product. “It was very


noticeable that the dealers were impressed with where and how we would like to move forward with the brand,” commented Richard. “It’s now important we implement what we have said and we continue to work closely with the dealers and move forward together,” added Richard. The day was rounded off with a lovely meal and large quantities of wine where attendees got to know each other further and dealers exchanged ideas.
