LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
As everyone knows location is a primary factor
to consider when moving. For this very reason, Hamiltons of London have decided to move to a more prominent and accessible location in Javea.
We’d outgrown our old office on the outskirts of the port and felt we could serve the Javea community better by moving into the heart of the town. So with that in mind, we’re proud to announce that we’re moving to an office just back from the Arenal in Javea.
It’s much easier to find with great footfall especially in the summer from visitors to the town. It’s a fact that many buyers come to Spain on holiday to check out the area with a view to moving here. So it’s vital we ensure that these ‘tourist-buyers’ are walking past our window. We’ve seen this effect in Moraira and now we intend to repeat the success.
Our new offices are set to open in mid-July, they are bright, airy, and large so that you can chat to one of our multi lingual team in comfort. Of course we bring our established values with us, friendliness, welcoming, professional, genuine and acting with integrity. We’ve built our success on these principles, and more importantly have been honoured to help so many people move quickly and with the least amount of hassle.
