It is probably a universal fact that we hate going to the dentist. There are 2 main reasons for this. Firstly, we think it is going to hurt and secondly, as humans
we have a built in fear of the unknown. When you lie back in that
chair and the drilling starts, you cannot see or even hear what’s going on – and that naturally makes us nervous. It doesn’t have to be this way.
At Bludent, we have installed a modern, state-of-the-art dental clinic with you, the patient, in mind. Our training and philosophy is rooted not only in dental practice, but that of pedagogy. Having a Scandinavia philosophy has taught us it is so important not to start unless you have gained the trust and confidence of the patient. We take as much time as necessary to explain upfront what’s going to happen – and then we go one stage further.

In fact implants were invented in Sweden some 35 years ago, so living and training in Scandinavia gave us first hand knowledge how to do these properly. What may surprise you is that we often try to avoid implants if possible. They may be a ‘fix’ but sometimes there is a less invasive, quicker solution. We see many patients with expensive implants that simply weren’t required!
