I know it probably isn’t a good time for recruiting as people
are looking for sales taking
holidays and the kids are off school but the Female Focus Publications team are
representatives.
Even though I say so myself our track record is very good with a very low turn over of staff. Two of
our sales team have worked for over a decade and our distributors range from 3 years to 12 years. The newest member of staff has been with us for over two years. We realise that we all work to live and not live to work and this works well for everyone in the team. A monthly publication gives more flexibility than a weekly does but can be just as lucrative - we all know that it’s a matter of the more you put in the more you take out. Of course there are deadlines and targets which we all have to meet but they are not impossible ones set to catch you out.
We have never missed a distribution date in 21 years and as a company, have an excellent reputation in the business world.
Due to expansion our sister publication QF Focus, along with the Focus on Professional Services Vega Baja edition, also needs sale representatives in the Orihuela Costa area.
