Page 30 Why satellite decoders are like cars....
When you lift up the bonnet of a modern car and look at the engine it’s baffling. Long gone are the simple engines that any ‘normal mortal’ could tinker about with on a Sunday morning! It’s pretty much the same with satellite boxes these days. While you would hope and wish that they were ‘plug-and-play’ devices, frankly they aren’t. Most of them need setting up, connecting to a plethora of other devices, tuning to the nth degree and have so many features that unless you are shown how to use them you would never get to enjoy them.
