Exciting news at Clínica Dental el Puerto It is with the greatest pleasure that we would like to inform you that from
the 3rd June, Dr. Chris Conner has permanently joined the team at Clínica
Dental el Puerto as our new Clinical Director. Dr. Conner qualified from Liverpool University in 1997. He did his initial training in Portsmouth, Hampshire where he gained experience in a multitude of disciplines. Following this, Chris worked as an associate dentist in Southampton where he added to his experience, including cosmetic dentistry, smile design & facial aesthetics. During this time he continued to build upon his skills with courses in periodontal treatment (gum treatment) and endodontics (root treatment). In 2002 he bought a large practice in Southampton. As Co- Principal he helped to build a first rate team and turn the surgery in to a busy and highly regarded practice over the intervening 12 years. Chris moved to the area in the past year with his wife Cheryl and two young children, Freya and Ava. He lives locally in Jávea and is very much looking forward to working with staff and patients alike. Chris has developed a good working relationship with the previous Principal, Dr. Karen Marshall, and is keen to use Karen’s skills and experience to help shape the practice in the future. With the addition of Dr. Conner to our dental team, we can now offer the permanent services of four dentists: Dr. Chris Conner, Dr. Karen Marshall, Dr. Lydia Hormaechea & Dr. Sonia Córdoba, who will rejoin our team in late summer, after her maternity leave.
Mrs. Karen Pimlott will continue to provide her excellent hygienist services. An additional and invaluable new member of our new team is Dr. Ignacio Solís Garcia, our oral surgeon. This enables us to offer implant surgery and other oral surgery procedures here at our clinic in Jávea.
