Lettering and numbering in Black (unless other- wise specified in caption). Arresting hook with black and white banding.


Carried on mid upper fuselage, both sides (BuNo 158326/22).

North American T-2C Buckeye, BuNo 158326/22, operated by the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, based at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland, 1980. Note the insignia of the USNTPS carried on the fin.

North American T-2B Buckeye, BuNo 144218, operated by the Naval Air Development Centre, based at NAS Warminster, Pennsylvania, 1973. Of note is the main gear outer door finished in International Orange and the insignia of the NADC, carried on both sides of the fin. Also note the long nose probe.

North American T-2B Buckeye, BuNo 155224, operated by the HQ USMC Washington, based at Washington DC,1976. Finish is a special scheme of overall Insignia White, with gold and red trim. Other markings are as detailed above, with the insignia of the US Marine Corps carried on both sides of the fin.


Carried on mid upper fuselage, both sides (BuNo 158333).
