I had always had diffi culties with my weight, but I stood on the scales knowing I had put on weight and I was at my heaviest as 13½ stone aged 40. I was sick of it, I had tried every diet under the sun, the crash diets, and you name it, I done it. Nothing worked and I seemed to just put on weight with all those fad diets. So I decided to go and see Jonathan and have the hypnosis session - he gave me my CD and I listened to it straight away from the second I got home. I got up the next morning and I was a new person, and I am glad to say that I am keeping it up and have lost 3½ stone (22 kilos) which I have kept off a whole year and a half later.
