The Cooperstown area offers a wide variety of accommodations, with the crown jewel for meetings being the Otesaga Resort Hotel. Well suited to accommodate groups as large as 350, this property is a member of the Historic Hotels of America, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and is a AAA Four Diamond award winner.

Opened since 1909, Otesaga Resort offers excep- tional accommodations and service in an elegant atmosphere situated along 700-feet of scenic Lake Otsego shoreline. It boasts more than 12,000-square feet of meeting and event space and a Main Dining Room that is available for private dinners or ban- quets. The resort features 13 meeting and conference rooms and has a picturesque, white-columned veran- da that runs 180-feet along the full length of the hotel and can serve as pre- or post-function space. Less formal yet intimate dining is available at the Hawkeye Bar and Grill, while Templeton Lounge is available for private functions, as well.

The Otesaga also boasts the Leatherstocking Golf Course, considered by many to be among the most scenic and challenging resort golf courses in the region. It is set along the western shore of the lake.

The Inn At Cooperstown is a restored historic hotel just steps from Main Street and the Baseball Hall of Fame. The inn is home to 18 guest rooms and numerous amenities.

The Foothills Performing Arts and Civic Center can accommodate up to 600 people in its recently added theater. Located one block from Oneonta’s vibrant, eclectic Main Street, the center’s three breakout rooms each accommodate up to 100 people, and its glass-enclosed atrium is available for meal functions.

Fenimore Art Museum in Cooperstown is a unique space and one of the nation’s premier art institutions. It is home to a rich collection of American folk art and American Indian art, as well as important holdings in American decorative arts.
