LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Yonkers opened in spring of 2013. This unique venue is a 32,000-square foot attraction offers interactive play areas, rides, a 4-D cinema, and a café.


The Empire Terrace at Empire Casino at Yonkers Raceway overlooks this famous half-mile racetrack. Guests can enjoy a buffet or choose a sophisticated sit-down dinner. In addition to live harness racing, the venue boasts 5,300 slot machines. For special occasions, a live harness race can be named for an event and printed in the track's racing program. On the third level, the Good Time room offers an exclusive and pri- vate atmosphere for a party, business meeting or social event.


SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Tarrytown offers extended stay accommodations and a boardroom preset conference-style that accommodates up to 12 people.


Sheraton Tarrytown is a boutique-style hotel with 150 gue- strooms and state-of-the-art facilities that is ideal for small- to medium-sized groups of up to 80 attendees.


The DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown is home to 24,000- square feet of flexible meeting facilities, an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room and sauna, fitness center, a day spa, and an on site restaurant with a seasonal outdoor patio.


The Hilton Westchester hotel in Rye Brook is situated on 37- acres of woodland and boasts 445 guestrooms and suites along with 34 meeting rooms, including a 9,520-square foot ballroom. Additional features and amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpool, fitness center, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant.


Holiday Inn® Mt. Kisco in Westchester County features an on site business center and three function rooms for events of up to 275. Guests can enjoy hotel wide Wi-Fi access, an on site restaurant, a nightclub, and an outdoor swimming pool.


The Radisson Hotel New Rochelle is the only full-service hotel in downtown New Rochelle, and offers a fitness center, busi- ness center, complimentary high-speed Internet access and on site dining. Its hotel rooms feature modern amenities and views of the Long Island Sound. The Radisson also is home to more than 6,400-square feet of meeting and exhibit space.


Across the river in nearby Rockland County, NYLO Hotels LLC, a lifestyle hotel chain known for its urban loft decor and uniquely designed social bars and restaurants, has broken ground on a hotel in Nyack.


The new NYLO Nyack will be the boutique brand’s second New York property, located in the Hudson River Valley about 25 minutes north of New York City. The hotel is slated to open in summer of 2015. The 132-room NYLO Nyack hotel will be housed in a former factory, and will be Rockland County’s first loft-style boutique hotel. Within walking distance are many restaurants, shops and art galleries.


In addition, NYLO Nyack will feature a 184-seat full service restaurant, and a bar and lounge with indoor and outdoor seating. Additional amenities will include: a recreational bathing pool; fitness center; library and game room; a busi- ness center and lobby lounge; 4,000-square feet of meeting space; and a music studio with a live broadcast radio booth. The property also will showcase original artwork from local artists.
