The Hotel at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs is home to 238 guestrooms, including 20 suites, a spa and salon, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and more. Situated on 400-acres in the hillside of Plains, PA, this hotel and convention center’s design is based on indigenous materials of surrounding Luzerne County. Design inspiration draws directly from the landscape and the personality of the Susquehanna River Valley.


The property's Spa Sapphire offers a luxu- ry spa experience and state-of-the-art salon services, including: massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair and makeup services, as well as a full service men’s salon, a couple’s suite, and sauna.


Owned by the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut, Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs is one of the largest and most dis- tinctive entertainment, gaming, shopping and dining destinations in the state of Pennsylvania. It features approximately 82,000-square feet of gaming space, live harness racing; live entertainment with top local bands every weekend at Breakers and Bar Louie, and just a short distance away, the 8,300-seat Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza, which features some of the biggest acts in music and sports.

tional cuisine. Among the restaurants are: Ruth's Chris Steak House; Rustic Kitchen; Pearl Sushi and Martini Bar; Bar Louie; Timbers Buffet; Pacers Clubhouse Restaurant; and Wolfgang Puck Express. Shoppers will delight in the retail experi- ences available at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, which boasts a variety of choices from fine apparel to jewelry, elec- tronics, gadgets, and gourmet food items.


A 20,000-square foot convention center has been added adjacent to The Hotel at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs. This space, which can be subdivided for meet- ings of various sizes, can host groups ranging from the small and intimate up to receptions for 1,600 people or banquets for as many as 800. The space is easily converted into an events center that can host concerts of up to 1,500, as well.


The French Manor Inn and Spa is an his- toric French chateau situated at the top of Huckleberry Mountain. It offers spectacular views and amenities like a AAA Four- Diamond rated restaurant, spa facilities, a fitness center, plus state-of-the-art meeting space. The inn also offers 1,200-square feet of outdoor function space on its ter- race with views of the surrounding Pocono Mountains.


The Malibu Dude Ranch offers a twist on the traditional corporate event. Whether seeking a weekend retreat or planning an annual conference, groups can enjoy a ranch-side experience that incorporates


real rodeo action. Its conference space includes Wi-Fi, AV and projection capabili- ty. The Sherman Theater, circa 1929, is locat- ed in the heart of historic downtown Stroudsburg. It offers front cabaret areas and lower art galleries available for special events. Its Sherman Bistro offers a variety of catering opportunities, as well. The the- ater's auditorium seats approximately 1,050 people for a play/runway show, or between 1,000 and 1,800 for a concert or standing event. It also offers nearly 3,000- square feet of lobby space for cocktail hours, meetings or other functions. Its two balconies can be broken up for private screenings or meetings, with each holding 40 to 55 guests.


The Village at Pocono Raceway offers a 6,000-square foot clubhouse that features the Fireside Lounge with free wireless Internet, a theater room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms with saunas, plus a billiard parlor and a game room with table tennis and air hockey. It also boasts a tennis court, bas- ketball court, bocce court, playground for children, and picnic areas.


For a truly unique setting, experience a meeting or event at one of nine state parks throughout the Pocono Mountains. One example is the Pocono Environmental Education Center, which is located in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreational Area.
