Brûlée Catering is a master at mix-and- match custom cuisine. Planners can select from Italiano, Mediterranean, Americana, Taqueria, slider and Carousel stations, or pick pizza corner, Asian fun foods, make your own sundae or a wide range of passed hors d’ oeuvres.
A mouthwatering melange of menus help to make the sit-down dinners at The Please Touch Museum five-star evenings not to be forgotten. Just a few entrees to whet your appetite include: Chianti-braised boneless beef short
ribs; garlic brined Ashliegh
chicken breast with sautéed grapes and tar- ragon; tender semi-boneless puossin stuffed with chicken-apple sausage; and Jasmine rice and sun dried cherries and Maryland style crab cakes swimming in lemon caper remoulade.

World Cafe Live is an upscale restaurant complemented by a three-tier perform- ance space. Planners booking their meet- ings here can expect on site production, flexible seating, first-class catering and adjacent, secure parking. Sound, lighting and video are technically up-to-the minute, and the staff is can help book live musical entertainment, for those who request it.

However, we do have a recom- mended list of entertainers, many of them emerging artists, which is something cor- porations find enticing.”
Another enticement is its non-traditional space. “People come here seeking some- thing different,
outside-the-box,” notes
McHale-Aregood. “Yet, they want all the services that a hotel or meeting venue offers. We have these amenities in two spaces: Upstairs Live, which is ideal for 100 people; and Downstairs Live, which is well suited for groups of 50 to 500. Typically,
