For candidates who have earned their law degree outside of the United States and are seeking a U.S. law degree. Students will be introduced to the U.S. legal system and will be allowed to choose their own course of study from the extensive law course offerings at TJSL. Candidates will learn to deal effectively with U.S. attorneys.
The Walter H. and Dorothy B. Diamond Graduate Law Program offers specialized graduate degrees and certifications through an entirely online course of study at an ABA accredited law school. Students may earn either a LL.M., J.S.M. or a J.S.D. Students may also pursue a course of study that culminates in a certificate in one of six areas of specialization.
This program allows candidates with either a foreign or U.S. law de- gree to take advantage of TJSL’s growing international business law curriculum and world-class faculty. Through this flexible program, candidate may take online and distance learning courses and earn credits in TJSL’s Study Abroad programs in Hangzhou, China and Nice, France.

California attorneys receive free MCLE credit in qualified courses. The LLM in Taxation meets the educational requirements to sit for the California state certified specialist exam in Tax.
