This LL.M. seeks to transcend the distinctions among academic disciplines, and within the study of law; public/private, domestic/in- ternational, the polity/economy, the social/legal. The aim is to improve analysis and normative evaluation of economic governance. LL.M. will interest those seeking careers in international/governmental/non- governmental organizations and international business/law firms.
The legal environment of the European Union consists of EU law as such, but also of international law and of member state law. Through a combination of these fields, the program uniquely offers an in depth study that encompasses all relevant branches of the EU Law.
