The LL.M. in International Legal Practice is specialized in Global Busi- ness law and European law. It combines general coursework in the legal area with an MBA module that includes courses that provide students with broad knowledge of the fundamentals of business management and strategy, so that they will be better able to meet the needs of their future clients in business-related matters.
The Executive LLM Program offered by Northwestern University School of Law and IE Law School offers graduate legal education that com- bines the Anglo-American common law and its application in European and international practice with management fundamentals vital to the practice of law for business clients. It is intended for experienced lawyers working in law firms or company legal departments.

The courses consist mainly of seminars and are aimed at providing the students with skills necessary for their future work. This approach requires active participation on the part of the student in the form of a number of papers that have to be submitted during the year, involvement in case studies and participation in the annual Moot Court Competition.
A unique program in international commercial arbitration. It uses a variety of teaching formats, emphasizes student participation in the learning pro- cess, and provides opportunities for students to apply theory in simulated arbitration exercises. Concurrent with the course work, all students will participate in a simulated arbitration exercise to provide an opportunity to gain practical skills.

The Geneva Master of Advanced Studies in International Dispute Settlement is a one-year postgraduate program, equivalent to an LL.M., in the study of international arbitration, WTO dispute resolution, the International Court of Justice and various other dispute settlement mechanisms.
