ture of international trade has necessitated the es- tablishment of global bodies to govern and channel the forces of the world economy into an organized structure. The 3rd edition of the Summit seeks to understand the workings of the WTO as well as the principles and rules in international trade.
The Summit, spread across three days, will also host Seminars, Panel Discussions and Paper Pre- sentations, focusing on specific aspects of Interna- tional Trade Law and Economic Policy.
With key note addresses by Mr. Nishith Desai and Ms. Zia Mody, and seminars conducted by legal stalwarts such as Mr. Shardul Thacker, Mr. Abhijit Joshi, Mr. Amit Manubarwala and Mr. Anshuman Sharma on International Taxation, Corporate law and Competition law in the World Economy.
