Raffle Prize Contributed by Liaquat and Shamim Govani F


or the past two years Liaquat Govani has not been able to attend


any of our Evening or Weekend events due to his commitment to the Ishmaeli Centre in Ilford. He holds a very important position in the East London Jamatkhana in Ilford and this post lasts for three years so he has one more year to go. You may recall that he wrote an article for the Bull about a year ago explaining the reason for his absence from our Rotary events.

s a result of this Liaquat decided that he could make a contribution


to our club by providing the prize for our weekly raffle for the next Rotary year. The prize takes the form of a certificate to the value of £10 which can be spent in either of his two shops in Station Road Upminster and Front Lane Cranham.

which can still take part. O
