“We state it that way because our goal is to help our clients manage the outcome of their event and not just the AV gear,” says Steve Wildemann, president of Advanced Staging. “We consult with our clients about the goal of their event, about who will be attending and why, about what they want those attendees to ultimately experience. Then we develop technology solutions integrated with all aspects of the event to best achieve the desired outcome.”


They offer audio, video and lighting pro- duction, plus scenic stage design when needed. “We partner with high end plan- ners or technical producers to help them bring their vision to life for corporate meet- ings of all kinds. We work in the university and foundation markets as well doing grad- uations, fundraising galas, awards events and the like. Anything where our client has a need to convey a message that is impact- ful and memorable and where the use of technology can help them to do that,” adds Wildemann.


One thing that sets Advanced Staging


Productions apart is their understanding that clients want service, not just equip- ment, Wildemann asserts.


“We are not just about the equipment and what it does. By consulting with our clients and developing the proper solutions, we are providing a level of service that is not the norm in the AV industry. Of course, we need to back that up with flawless execu- tion and the proper tools - and we can do that because we have invested over the years in buying the right tools and hiring and training the best engineers to be able to handle large scale events on a regular basis,” says Wildemann.


Advanced Staging’s deep inventory of both gear and staff also enables them to pro- duce multiple large events simultaneously.


“Our expertise and experience is in under- standing and managing the myriad of logis- tics involved in producing events for over 1,000 attendees, and in some instances, more than 25,000 people,” he notes.
