Ryan said the on site audio-visual team takes the worry out of any equipment needs and is available for every meeting. In addition, the resort’s entertainment department works with planners to create unique experiences ensuring meetings at the Sands are both fun and memorable.

“I think planners have come to know us, rely on and trust us to make sure all their needs are taken care of,” said Ryan. “We

pride ourselves in having strong, long last- ing relationships with planners. They know we are with them from the first phone call or email through to the com- pletion of their meetings.”

Today’s planners are busier than ever, and Ryan’s staff works to alleviate their stress by putting forth 100 percent effort into every meeting, and by seamlessly becom- ing a working part of each planner’s team.
