yards out over the Atlantic Ocean. Independently owned and operated, the venue produces extraordinary events with an unparalleled view of the sea, sand, boardwalk and Atlantic City skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Adjacent via skybridge to Caesars Atlantic City, this notable event facility resides in the middle of the Atlantic City boardwalk in this seaside resort town that has long been famous for its gaming and nightlife opportunities.

Though not a gaming facility and not owned or operated by any gaming entity, One Atlantic does work in partnership with several of the casino resorts in town who can provide overnight accommoda- tions and access to a wide range of enter- tainment options.

For its part, One Atlantic offers world class gourmet catering to go along with an in- house staff of expert event planners.

With over 10,000 square feet of integrated event space as well as an open-air terrace, this flexible facility provides configura- tions for groups of up to 1,200 for cock- tails, as many as 500 for seated meals, or 750 theatre-style or in classroom format.

The only over-water venue in the region, One Atlantic was built especially for events.

Its flexible space allows for

numerous configurations to suit every- thing from intimate luncheons and casual cocktail receptions to elegant black-tie galas and large-scale product launches.

From décor and gifts to themed wine selection and custom cocktail creation to audio-visual services and lighting, the on site event department can assist planners with a wide array of services.

Regarding its culinary offerings, One Atlantic's gourmet cuisine is designed

and prepared using the finest fresh foods, from organic meats and produce raised by local purveyors to biodynamic wines from around the world.

Extensive custom catering options include gourmet Glatt Kosher, traditional Asian, vegetarian and local farm-raised organic, to name a few.

In addition, One Atlantic is environmen- tally conscious, as well. The first Two Star Certified Green® event facility in New Jersey, it is home to an in-house, profes- sional forager who works with local grow- ers (usually within 100 miles of the Jersey shore) to source fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood and spices for the menu. One Atlantic minimizes its carbon footprint while supporting the local economy and ensuring the freshest ingredients.

One Atlantic also implements a full-scale recycling program, significantly decreas- ing the restaurant's landfill waste; has installed an Energy Star rated equipment; and also uses low-flow spray valves on hand washing and prep sinks in order to save water and energy.

The options for dining at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino are as diverse as the mul- titude of games found on its casino floor. Choices include The Deli, featuring fresh, stacked sandwiches, and Michele’s for steaks and seafood. Additional dining opportunities on site include: Garden Café, Festival Buffet, Winner’s Circle (dur- ing harness racing season),

Sweet Perks is a gourmet coffee and pas- try shop conveniently located in the hotel lobby, while Sweet Perks Too in the casino serves up delicious fare, as well.

Also,

great pub-style food is available at the Dover Downs Race & Sports Book.

Basht said planners can take advantage of the property’s private spaces for business- hour meetings in the Festival Buffet or after-business cocktail gatherings in Michele’s Wine Room, at Frankie’s Italian Restaurant, and also at Fire & Ice.

“Dover Downs Hotel & Casino is truly a ‘one-stop-shop’ for things to do after meet- ings and during downtime,” said Basht.
