9-day trip to Paris, Normandy with D-Day Beaches, Brittany, Giverny and the Loire Valley. This trip is geared toward travelers of all ages. You will explore the City of Lights, visit its museums, interact with the locals and soak in French culture. Our escapade to Giverny to wander through Monet's gardens and lily ponds will provide color for budding photographers. Our country adventure in the peaceful Loire Valley with its storybook castles will charm travelers of all ages, and our Normandy experience will move all those fond of history. This trip is a fully guided tour with all day excursions included. Be sure to pack your walking shoes as we spend a lot of time outdoors, strolling the footsteps of history. This sunshine filled vacation will take place during early summer. Chianti with its olive groves, vineyards and earthy farmhouses will leave a lasting impression on you. We will have one home base in Florence. Daily escapades will take us throughout Tuscany and beyond. Siena is a medieval city with a past tied to banking and with a rich cultural heritage. Visit Venice for one day and soak in the city's atmosphere by cruising the Grand Canal and exploring its meandering narrow lanes. Spend a day on the Italian Riviera and explore Cinque Terre, a string of five fishing villages nestled along the Mediterranean Sea. Full days in Florence gives us time to explore its markets, gardens, palaces and museums. See the statue of David, larger than life, admire sculptures from renaissance artists, mingle with the locals at the Lorenzo market and savor all the gelato and crostinis your heart desires. Comfortable shoes required.
