Dodgeball Open Gym Boys and Girls Grades 5-7
Practice skills and strategies to prepare for the 4th Annual Dodgeball Tournament on March 26. Bring a friend or even your whole team! An instructor will be on-hand to organize scrimmages. Come one Saturday, or both. No need to register. Pay $3 per player at the door.

Sign up your seven-member boy or girl team today! Awards will be given for top girls teams and top boys teams in each grade level. One person from each team should register, and indicate in the Consumer Notes section the names of all other team members. Max of seven members per team.

4th Annual Lake Minnetonka
Youth & Family Ice Fishing Tournament Ages 5+
Test your ice fishing skills – and your luck – on the frozen waters of Carson’s Bay on Saturday, February 19. Last year participants caught over 250 fish!!
Prizes will be awarded and there will be a grand prize for the biggest catch of the day. Fishing Guide, Kolt Ringer and other local fisherman will be available for questions and to support the event. A limited amount of ice fishing rods, reels, bait, and other equipment will be available. Please bring your own equipment if possible.

Volleyball Clinic Grades 3-4
This high energy clinic will focus on learning the skills and fundamentals of volleyball. Develop your technique in serving, setting, spiking and hitting while developing new team skills. Please wear gym shoes and bring a water bottle.

Rugby Football Club
Rugby is one of the fastest growing sports in the USA! We do not cut players from our teams and no previous experience is necessary. Practice begins mid February and meets begin in April. Teams will practice two times per week. MCEC Registration Fee includes socks, shorts and team T-shirt. A Club Fee of $120 will be due before the first outdoor practice. Club fees cover referees, athletic trainers, chalk and other supplies. An additional $20 fee to USA Rugby is due before the first outdoor practice.
Information Meeting: February 8, 2011 at 3 p.m. – MHS Forum. Practice and game schedule will be discussed at the meeting. Registration deadline: April 12, 2011.

In this fun, fast-paced program you will learn proper stick handling, shooting and passing. Test your new skills each week in drills and scrimmages. Our focus is on teamwork, sportsmanship and fun!
