SmartMusic® Level 1 Grades 6-8
This workshop, designed for orchestra, band and vocal music students, provides a hands-on tour of SmartMusic's practice tools, key features and extensive music accompaniment library. Your student will gain a solid understanding of how to add SmartMusic features to their practice routine, and how it will benefit their musical progress. Students should bring their instruments and method books to class. Parents are welcome to join us anytime!

SmartMusic® Level 2 Grades 6-8
Designed for middle school students who have completed SmartMusic Level 1, this workshop provides more in-depth training of SmartMusic's key features, the recording tool, and its extensive music accompaniment library. Students should bring their instruments and method books to the workshop. Note: this workshop does not cover the Finale Software interface.

Minnetonka Fiddlers Grades 6-8
Join Minnetonka Fiddlers and have fun learning traditional fiddle music and performing for small audiences. We'll play folk tunes, Irish reels, ballads, jigs, as well as bluegrass, blues and old time country music. All middle school strings players with 2 years of playing violin, viola, cello, guitar, banjo, or double bass are welcome.

Beginning Guitar Grades 3-5
Join this dynamic course to learn a dynamite instrument! Players will learn the basics of music including reading notes, rhythm, melody and meter. We keep the class fun while making the instrument easily accessible for all students.

Intermediate Guitar Grades 3-5
Continue your guitar journey this winter! Returning students from the previous guitar classes or students who know the basic cords will learn more complex chord structure, trickier rhythmic patterns. We keep the class fun while making the instrument easily accessible for all students.

Rock Guitar Grades 3-6
New and experienced students invited! Rock out with riffs from Green Day, White Stripes, Led Zeppelin and more! Learn how to craft a rippin' solo or ticked out riff. We will be studying major and minor pentatonic scales; minor, majr and power-chors. A fast-paced, engaging class; instructors are professional musicians with a passion for teaching kids.
