Family Yoga Ages 18+ Months
Parents and children come together to discover balance, breathing, endurance and focus through yoga and music. Instructors will introduce smooth flow yoga that anyone of any age or level can benefit from. You and your children will experience the joy of yoga in this fun, light-hearted class. Class meets at the Center for Harmonious Living. No class April. 5.
Ultimate Frisbee Grades 9-12
Ultimate Frisbee is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands the world over. Ultimate combines the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football. Minnetonka will support 1-2 teams for the 2011 season. Teams will practice on Monday evenings beginning mid-March. Games will be held on Thursdays (locations will vary). Please join us for an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 1 at 7:15 a.m. at MHS.
Fees: $110 for registration, uniform, coach and game fees. $20 for a USA Ultimate membership

Fencing Beginning/Intermediate/Advanced
Minnesota Sword Play provides a fun, active learning environment while students are introduced to the fundamentals of safe swordplay and fencing. All equipment is provided.

Tae Kwon Do Karate
Participants of all ages can benefit from this traditional martial art. Great for parent/child. Students will learn self-defense techniques and develop discipline, self-confidence, fitness and total health. Periodic testing is available for students wishing to advance "through the belts". Wear comfortable clothing. Uniforms and gear can be purchased through instructor. Bill Murray, 5th degree Black Belt, N.A.T.F. Certified Instructor, coordinates the program and is assisted by three N.A.T.F instructors. See page 61 for details.
