Zumba is the fusion of Latin music and dance to create a dynamic and exciting aerobic workout. Routines combine the fast and slow rhythms of Latin dance, such as the meringue, samba and salsa, with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body. Participants can burn over 500 calories during this high-energy, intense workout. Come prepared to move! No class Jan. 17.

Traditional Yoga
This is an unique form of exercise designed to gently condition the whole body and quiet the mind. It is a personal journey in which each one of us works at our own pace. No comparison, judgment, or competition. With consistent practice, you will:
• Regain or increase flexibility • Improve balance • Enhance concentration • Release stress and tension • Strengthen your body • Develop stamina
This class is suitable for all ages and physical conditions. However, if you have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before joining the class. Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing. No class Jan. 17.
