Mandarin Chinese for Adults Level 2 This class is intended for adults with children participating in the Minnetonka Immersion Program or those preparing for travel to China. Our instructor is Youmei Hou from Normandale Community College, a 20 year teaching veteran. Weekly lessons will be based on progress made by participants in the previous session. Pronunciation and vocabulary will serve as the foundation of instruction for this class. Prerequisite: Mandarin Chinese for Adults: Level 1. No class: Feb. 21, March 14.

Spanish for Parents of Immersion Students Level 1
This class is designed for adults whose children are enrolled in the Minnetonka Spanish Immersion program. Learn a wide variety of vocabulary words and their proper pronunciation. No class Feb. 22.

Spanish Language: Verbs 1 Where the Action Is!
This class is the next step for those who have learned the basics in Spanish for Parents of Immersion Students Level 1, or for those that took Spanish years ago in school and need a refresher on verb tenses. Students will learn regular/irregular verbs in the present, past and future tenses. Focus will be on grammar with some oral practice. No class Feb. 22.
