Ann Mertes Yoga Classes Winter 2011 Buy more, pay less with punch card!
Purchase a punch card for winter classes and customize your yoga workouts to fit your schedule! Step 1: Review Ann's class selections and dates below.
Step 2: Purchase a punch card for the number of classes you would like to attend this fall. One punch per class session.

Purchase punch cards in the following increments: 36 sessions - $250 20 sessions - $180 5 sessions - $60
28 sessions - $225 10 sessions - $100 1 session - $13
Winter 2011 Yoga punch cards are valid January 10 through March 31, 2011. Punch cards will be mailed within one week of registration. Participants must bring a punch card to each class or pay a drop-in fee of $13. Please arrive five minutes early to allow time for check-in.

Yoga Body Flow III
This class is designed for students who have taken Yoga Body Flow classes before or have yoga experience. We will go at a faster pace and add more strengthening postures. Get ready for a great workout. Please bring a mat.
Ann has a physical education and health degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is certified in all levels of Hatha Yoga. Ann also has a Pilates mat certification. Ann has a following of students who enjoy her intense workout.

Yoga With Weights
If you are looking to take your yoga practice to a new level or try something new, this class is for you. We will combine yoga with strength training for an intense full body workout. Cardiovascular segments will be included (ie. Jumping Jacks). Previous yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Please bring a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells between one to five pounds. Yoga Basic Body Flow I
For new students the focus of this class will be on learning and holding poses, gaining balance, and concentrating on core strength muscles. Designed for active yoga students, this class will focus on deepening your poses, balance and strengthening your practice. New students are welcome any time. No class: Feb. 18, March 4

Yoga Body Flow II
This class will combine Yoga postures, key Pilates moves and the newest strengthening techniques for a total body workout. If you want everything in one class, this is for you. Balance, flexibility and muscular strength will be stressed. All levels are welcome. A great way to get in shape! Please bring a mat. No class: Feb. 19
