CPR & First Aid Classes First Aid
Learn how to recognize and respond in an emergency. Practice bandaging and splinting and learn a plan of action for a variety of emergencies: • Unconsciousness and sudden illness, including stroke, seizures, fainting, and diabetic emergencies
• Bleeding and broken bones • Head, neck and back injuries • Shock, burns, and poisoning

This American
Red Cross class teaches adult CPR, first aid for choking, recognizing signals of a heart attack, and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Certificates received: Adult CPR and AED (valid for one year).

Infant and Child CPR
If your child stops breathing or is choking, would you know what to do? Learn to act quickly and effectively in life-threatening emergencies for infants and children up to 12 years old. You will learn: rescue breathing, CPR, first aid for choking, and reducing the risk of injury. Certification received: Infant and Child CPR (valid for one year).
