Dance Louise Indritz
Louise started Middle Eastern dance in January 2000 for exercise and found that this dance form is a wonderful way to relieve stress and regain lost flexibility, establish new friendships and develop cultural appreciation.
Belly Dance Level 1
Belly dancing combines the beauty of musical expression with the benefits of a cardiovascular workout. Build upper and lower body strength through Middle Eastern dance. This class covers basic belly dancing techniques and movements. Dancewear and bare feet are preferred. Dance supplies will be available for purchase from the instructor. No class March 23.

Continue to expand your skills and refine those isolations on which you worked so hard in Belly Dancing 1. The instructor will introduce choreography and you will learn to connect movements. Please bring a veil (three yards of light fabric). No class March 23.

Louise Indritz Belly Dance Level 3
Here is where we will really dance and go beyond just exercise! We will work to perfect isolations and layers of movement and perform. There will be at least two performances for students - more if time allows. In preparation, we will work on presentation; like costumes, make-up and attitude. Prerequisite: Belly Dance Level 2 or at the teacher's recommendation. No class: Jan. 17, Feb. 21, March 21.

Stretch Hip Hop
