Food Service National Key Account Manager - Reporting to: Commercial Director Overview of the Position:
This role requires excellent relationship-building skills plus the ability to drive customer growth and achieve maximum sales potential by identifying and developing the customer offer. It is a global role based in the UK, which demands a high level of energy and desire with the flexibility to travel.
This is a highly-commercially focused position,demanding a strong understanding of Account P&L, with the ability and drive to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will also need to ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to customers and to increase the client base.
The role requires cross functionality with a number of teams within the business including the Internal Food Service AdministrationManager, R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics teams.
Category: Food Service including • Primarily airline travel related clients, but to also include, trains,QSR restaurant groups, cruising and global Duty Free Retail.
• Related distributors and agents supplying the food service sector. Roles &Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:- • Generate & Manage Annual Sales Budget for the Department • Commercial and enterprise build up experience. • Customer relationship management. • Manage the P & L related to Food Service • Monitor Key Performance Indicators • Manage the A&P Budget for the Department • Input New Product Requirements • Monitor Competitor Activity in the Sector • Maintain constant contact with existing and new customers to ensure a seamless continuity of effort and service.
• Provide updated accurate product data for existing and new customers to Internal Sales Administration and Finance.

• Provide regular sales reports as required by the Commercial Director • Adhoc projects related to Food Service under the direction of the Commercial Director. • Specific Interaction with Marketing i.e.: Sales Support Materials, Advertising, Trade Shows and Brand Guide Lines.

Skills / Qualifications: • A Self-Motivated Food Service Sales Professional • Minimum of3 years’ experience working in foodservice Airline • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines • Good team player with ability to multi-task • Excellent analytical and problem solving ability • Excellent communication and organisational skills • MS Office/Excel Expertise
