The success stories of the onboard hospitality sector are all about its people; those with great ideas, people with pioneering product and others offering can-do services. That's why we are on a talent quest (page 17), looking for the entrepreneurs of the future. Can you help us to spot up-and-coming new faces? We want to give them a chance to shine.


In this issue too we've launched a new series of 'Then and Now' interviews (page 62), talking to those whose careers have already helped transform our industry and have a unique retrospective view on things. Do get in touch to suggest worthy 'veterans'.
