Educational sessions at this year's event are expected to be intensive and highly- interactive, focusing on the latest passenger trends, inflight applications and operational issues crucial to the airline passenger experience professional.


Industry leaders and early adopters will share their knowledge on issues related to comprehensive, high-interest passenger experience-related topics. Similar to the APEX EXPO last year, this year’s event will include a learning journey theme, beginning with a keynote address. Delegates will be able to get the latest updates on aviation related issues, programming and marketing strategies, passenger trends and more.


Concurrent afternoon break-out tracks will offer a range of different specialist topics under the broad multimedia categories highlighted here.
