4. VIENNA EXPLORING & STRÜDEL MAKING A choice of activities this morning promises fun experiences for everyone. You may choose to climb aboard an old fashioned carriage for a ride through Vienna, getting a feel for the magic of “Old World’ Europe. Or you may decide to go down into the catacombs beneath St. Stephen’s Cathedral for a little macabre history; this was the burial place for cardinals and royalty – and even the common folk – who were afflicted with the Black Plague of the Middle Ages.
