Australian toy company Moose Toys launched four brands – Micro Chargers, Gelarti, Blingles and Fortune Cookie Maker – and expanded The Trash Pack line in 2012. Already a respected manufacturer in the collectible and arts and activity categories, Moose is expected in 2013 to expand in existing categories and enter new ones. The Trash Pack, Moose’s popular line of trash-inspired collectibles, is set to introduce Ultimate Fighting Trashies (UFTs). Kids choose their Trashie fighter, load it


into the spin bin, wind it up and battle other UFTs. Moose is also set to


expand its Micro Chargers brand, the line of electrifyingly fast micro vehicles that race at scale speeds of 600 mph. Moose Toys has made its mark in the craft and activity toy category with the 2012 introduction of Gelarti and Blingles. Gelarti, a line of reusable gel stickers that kids create themselves, was a hit in Toys R Us in 2012 and will make its debut at mass retailers in 2013.

Wooky claims that the latter is “the new Sudoku”. Creative children aged five and above will love the Artzooka craft kits. Hy-Pro International is ending 2012 on a high, with the company growing its portfolio and its turnover. The Hy-Pro team will


exhibit the Zinc range, which now forms the major focus for the company’s continued international expansion. The brand new Zinc Volt E- Scooter is predicted to attract huge interest at the fair. Initial feedback on the electric scooter has been extremely positive, indicating that the new Zinc Volt will be a key line in 2013 for the Zinc brand.
