Tecfi is an Italian company specialised in the design, production and sale of fixing systems. The range of products covers a wide variety of fixings including: heavy duty, light, roofing, wood, as well as windows/frames/façade fixings.
I
n the last few years Tecfi has invested huge resources in enhancing its internal production capacity, as well as empowering its technical department and the R&D department (fully equipped laboratory, highly skilled and trained human resources), to reach important goals in ETA-CE certifications.
The results of this investment have been Tecfi achieving European Technical Approvals for
the following products: • ETA-CE option 1 for HXE concrete screw (ETA-11/0336), AJE wedge anchors (ETA-11/0319), HVE high performance steel anchors (ETA-10/0060) and SWE Epoxy chemical anchor (ETA-12/0254).
• ETA-CE option 7 for the DSE sleeve anchor (ETA-08/0058) and DXE sleeve anchor with unlosable nut (ETA-10/0453).
• ETA-CE according to ETAG 015 connectors for wooden beams. • ETA-CE according to ETAG 029 for styrene free polyester chemical anchor. • ETA-CE option 7 for styrene free vinylester chemical anchor.
Tecfi says that the company’s final target is the internationalisation of the company and Italian
styled anchors and fasteners. “The new expanded production site, that will be ready by the end of 2012, is clear evidence that we at Tecfi strongly believe in the Italian design and production concept.”

However, the subsidiary also has a special interest in Far East markets. The Indian branch has a large warehouse, which is constantly supplied by Italy with products in stock, in particular fastening systems and tools for installation and associated parts, with the experience and quality standards guaranteed by Rivit.

Founded in 1965 FAST.LOC S.p.A. specialises in the manufacture and sale of mechanical fastening devices and custom drawing turned parts suitable for a wide range of applications in various fields of activity.
n May 2007 the company moved to a new 4,000 square metre covered building, with an additional 4,000 square metres uncovered, located in the new industrial area of Pianezza, near Torino.
The production unit is equipped with 11 CNC lathe machines,
30 automatic lathe machines, 1 vertical machining centre, 5 presses (from 20 tonnes to 130 tonnes) and several secondary operations machines, including drilling, tapping, milling and rolling machines. In April 2008 a new factory, fully owned, has been opened in the Chinese town of Hangzhou, capital of the Zhejiang province, where

local distributors market the products in export countries. FAST.LOC served more than 6,000 customers during the last few years, with 1,500 customers buying regularly on a annual basis. The quality assurance system, certified in 2005 by DNV
accordingly to ISO9001:2008, guarantees that FAST.LOC’s products and service is at the required quality level demanded by the market. FAST.LOC’s main products lines are ¼ turn fasteners, tension latches, threaded inserts, cam-locks, handles and hinges.
