fasteners. Since 1986, the
company has built and maintained partnerships with global customers through effective application of its design andmanufacturing capabilities, enhanced by overseas logistics hubs andmanufacturing plants.
T he REMFORM® screw is a thread rolling fastener with a
unique thread form to provide superior performance in today’s wide range of plastics. The asymmetrical thread minimises radial hoop stress to reduce boss bursting.
The narrow tip angle also reduces stress in the plastic nut member. The steep trailing flank on the REMFORM®
spaced thread fasteners. REMFORM® screw’s
unique asymmetrical thread form is engineered to resist pullout. The REMFORM®
has a higher torsional strength than many screw’s high stripping
torque and low thread forming torque provide a wide comfortable margin in which the seating torque may be chosen. The unique thread form and sharp tipped threads provide low thread forming torque by efficiently moving and displacing material. TAPTITE 2000®
screws and bolts are TRILOBULAR™ shaped
thread forming screws that roll form internal threads in steel or aluminium, eliminating tapping operations and associated costs. The TRILOBULAR™ shape inherently resists vibrational
loosening, eliminating the need for lock washers, adhesives, or plastic patches and plugs. TAPTITE 2000®
drilled, cored and extruded holes in many different metals. The TAPTITE®
family of thread rolling fasteners can typically form
threads in materials contaminated with paint, primer or weld splatter without need of a secondary operation. The ultimate benefits in using TAPTITE®
cross-threading and the reduction of assembly costs. TAPTITE 2000®

- Well Union Metal SDN BDH in Johor, Malaysia (which also produces the same category of stainless steel screw with an output of 200 tonnes) means that Linkwell’s total product output has almost doubled. “Customers are welcome to send us their enquiries for
stainless steel screws covering hex bolt, carriage bolt, hex lag screw, hex socket head cap screw, hex flange head screw, machine screw, tapping screws, chipboard screw, drywall screw, self drilling screw and thread forming screw (trilobular thread), with drawings also welcome.
