The Flexible Shaft: designed for comfort
Groen Bevestigingsmaterialen, a Dutch distributor of hose and tube clamps, has developed a new tool that has recently been added to its existing range of tools to mount and demount clamps and screws in general.
spaces and who need flexibility. “Imagine you need to mount in a small place. What tool suits better than a flexible screwdriver? The Flexible Shaft
T
enables the user to find the flexibility to complete an application, using a battery tool. Those users needing a steady, efficient and revolutionary quick (de-)mounting, will be accommodated by the new Flexible Shaft for battery tools.”
GESIPA goes gold
GESIPA has introduced an exclusive Gold edition of its GESIPA PowerBird® blind rivet setting battery tool, which has a higher traction power of 18,000N.
D ue to its high setting power of 18,000N the exclusive PowerBird® Gold can be
used for setting rivets with diameter 6.4mm and above. The working range for the Gold edition includes:
• Standard blind rivets from diameter of 4.8mm in steel up to 6.4mm in all materials. • BULB-TITE®
- Blind rivets up to 7.7mm diameters in all materials.
• MEGA GRIP® - Blind rivets up to 6.6mm diameter in aluminium and steel. • G-BULB® - Blind rivets up to 6.4mm diameter in all materials. • PolyGrip® - Blind rivets up to 6.4mm diameter in all materials.
GESIPA says that with an excellent price-performance ratio, high capacity through a 2.6Ah battery, and a high energy yield through high voltage and low weight, the PowerBird® The PowerBird® Gold is also available with:
• In a plastic carrying case with one 14.4 Volt / 2.6Ah li-Ion battery and charger P/N 724 0001. • Pressure trigger in plastic carrying case with one 14.4 Volt / 2.6Ah li-Ion battery and charger-P/N 724 0002. • Set of jaws (3 parts) - P/N 710 2208.
A real solution for big challenges
ITW Heller GmbH, a drill bit manufacturer, says that its new EnDuro multi-cutters are a real challenge to concrete and reinforcement, with the EnDuro range being convincing in practical applications, as well as offering an excellent service life.

EnDuro Trijet: For XL diameters 12mm -16mm
TW Heller explains that the reason for the high service life in concrete is due primarily to the design of the very wide hard alloy wings on the head which make it especially robust and protects against wear. In addition, a high drilling progress is achieved - also on account of the newly designed
spiral and the stable core. Especially for reinforcements, the drill bits have been strengthened in such
a way that compared to an average two-flute cutter four times the service life is achieved, ITW Heller says, when drilling through reinforcements. In the new EnDuro multi-cutter range, the previous Y-Cutter is replaced
in dimensions of up to 16mm by the Trijet design - well tried in the SDS plus field. All diameters as from 18mm are provided with the new EnDuro Y-drill head design with completely new, even more stable carbide tips.

EnDuro Y-Cutter: For XXL diameters 18mm - 50mm
Gold offers easy and fast operation to all users.
he Flexible Shaft is fully made of chromium/vanadium. The flexible part guarantees fast and strong mounting in the most inconvenient spaces. The shaft is available in 7mm, with Groen stating that it plans to introduce 6mm and 8mm sizes in the future. Groen highlights that the Flexible Shaft offers various advantages to all users who have to work in narrow
