(P.P.20429)–“Transformer” or “Chameleon” may have been better name choices for this unique heuchera. In spring the foliage is golden-yellow with flame red veins and a reddish center. As summer progresses the color becomes char- treuse with a silver overlay. Cooler fall tem- peratures turn the foliage to purplish-red with a lime-green edge. Cream flowers are produced in midsummer. Truly magical! 3P

X Heucherella (Foamy Bells) Heucherellas are hybrids of Heucheras and Tiarellas. All forms are sterile and are thus profuse and repeat bloomers. Foliage forms a nice mound. Although sun-tolerant, they prefer a location out of hot afternoon sun. They thrive in dappled shade and moist, fertile soil.
