ABOUT OUR SEED POTATOES, now offered as both PRE-CUT SETS or WHOLE POTATOES. Our certifi ed northern-grown seed potatoes have been grown under a rigorous State inspection program to ensure they are true-to-name and free of disease. We offer a choice of both pre-cut potato sets that are ready to plant when you receive them or whole potatoes that you will need to cut and cure before planting. There are 25 sets in a package, enough to plant a 25 foot row when cut up. Generally, whole potatoes will store a couple weeks prior ro planting. Both types are carefully packed and guaranteed to reach you in good condition. Detailed planting instructions will be included. Sorry, are restricted from shipping potatoes to AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR & WA. Substitutions may benecessary for late shipments; please specify a second choice. No potatoes will be shipped before March 15.


SWEET POTATOES


PLEASE NOTE– To ensure freshness and high quality plants, we ship all sweet potatoes direct from our grower. Plants are tender and therefore will not be shipped until after there is no frost hazard. Shipments usually start about April 20 in southern states and extend through the fi rst week of June in northern states. Sorry, no sweet potato plants shipped to AK, HI and CA.

Red Norland


The most popular early red potato. Norland produces good yields of round to oval tubers with shallow eyes and smooth red skin. Moist fl esh is white and of high- est cooking quality. (P.P.5434343)–High quality russet, great for baking and boiling. Oblong to oval tu- bers are smooth with golden russet skin and white fl esh. Deep purple skin and purple-blue fl esh. First grown as a curiosity, these potatoes have now become more valued for their excellent rich, mealy fl avor. MINI-TUBER SEED POTATOES
