Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Aqueous Technologies Corp., is showing the Trident Duo High-Yield Automatic Defluxing and Cleanliness Testing System, which provides a cost-effec- tive alternative to inline defluxing systems. While most inline defluxing systems consume and discharge as much as 5 gallons (19 liters) of deion- ized water per minute, the Trident High-Yield defluxing systems use between 0.5 to 2 gallons (1.8 to 7.5 liters) per minute, a reduction of up to 60 percent. The system is equipped with two

At the show, the Trident Zero makes its debut — the industry’s most environ- mentally responsible fully automated defluxing and cleanliness testing sys- tem. Unlike other closed-loop deflux- ing systems, the Trident Zero is capa- ble of removing all flux types includ- ing no-clean, rosin and water soluble. It is capable of operating with a vari- ety of environmentally-safe defluxing chemis tries frequently required for specific types of
flux removal.
According to the company, the Trident Zero’s average total cycle time is less than 30 minutes, making it the fastest fully automatic defluxing sys- tem available.
