We are currently marketing several newly constructed schemes and those available for Build to Suit in Kent including Loc8 Maidstone being speculatively constructed by Clearbell Capital LLP comprising a total of 433,238 sq. ft. situated right on Junction 8 of the M20. Phase 1 has now been pre-let with phase two offering units from 11,141 sq. ft to 36,398 sq. ft. within 6 units.
